As a pastoral counselor with a servant’s heart, I believe that true richness in life comes from serving others and making a positive impact. Most home care agencies charge $30–$35 an hour but pay caregivers only half of that. In a highly successful home care agency with 50 to 100 caregivers, the owner often becomes very wealthy while every caregiver struggles to make ends meet. This traditional model benefits only the owner, leaving caregivers undervalued, underpaid, and excluded from the success they help create.

My mission is to create a business model where caregivers not only earn a fair wage but also become shareholders in the company, participating directly in its success. At 24/7 Home Care, I am working toward a plan where every caregiver has the opportunity to earn $1,000 a week ($50,000 a year), plus two weeks of vacation, creating a sustainable and rewarding career path.
